Welcome to Casa del Sol

The roots of Casa del Sol run deep, and at the heart of everything we do is our passion for sharing the Spanish language and Latin American culture with our community. We are committed to offering exceptional learning experiences that are are fun, engaging and get you speaking conversational Spanish in just a few weeks! We focus on verbal communication but engage in all four modalities of language: reading, writing, speaking and listening.  

Casa del Sol began in 2005 as a one-woman show when director and teacher, Jocelyn Lovick, lived and taught in Mexico. Her passion for teaching adult ESL and Spanish grew over the years, and now Casa del Sol offers three levels of Spanish language and culture classes to the Twin Cities community.
